Release 1.6.16 - 19 October 2025

While we continue to support and refine the new catalogue (currently in preview mode), this release focuses on smaller improvements and fixes across the rest of the platform. These updates help keep core workflows stable, clear, and user-friendly as the catalogue rollout progresses.

Version 1.6.16 will be rolling out on all sites from Sunday 19th October, 2025.

What's New 🎊

AR-9135: Attendance Form Responses Export Updates

The View & Take Attendance tab within a live learning session has had some updates to how the form response data is retrieved and displayed. The contents of the export have been changed to more closely match the data visible when viewing each user's response. Also, the data processing has been switched to only trigger when a user clicks the download button, leading to better performance and cleaner output.

As part of this update, the following issues were also addressed:

  • AR-9104: Fields now appear in the same order in the export as they do in the form.

  • AR-9102: Fields that are dependent on other fields still appear in the export.

  • AR-9103: Instructional text fields have been removed from the export, as the user does not have a response for those fields.

Why did we do this?
To streamline the attendance export process and ensure that the most relevant data is shown.

AR-8889: "Forgot My Password" Now Accepts Username or Email

The password recovery process has been updated to allow users to enter either their username or email address, bringing it in line with the login flow. This change is especially helpful for tenancies where usernames and emails differ.

Why did we do this?
To reduce confusion and support users in multi-account environments where login identifiers vary.

Changes ✨

AR-7669: Email Links Take Users Directly to the Capability Assessment Page

When receiving emails as part of Capability Assessment Campaigns, these emails will now contain links that take the user directly to the specific assessment page, rather than having to navigate to the page themselves.

Why did we do this?
To provide a smoother, more reliable experience when accessing assessments from email.

AR-9082: Momentum Timeline Button Width for Long Application Names

The title button on the Momentum Timeline page now limits displayed application names to 30 characters and apply truncation ("…") styling when necessary.

Why did we do this?
To prevent UI breakage and visual inconsistencies when application names are unusually long.

Bug Fixes 🐞

AR-8295: Widget Not Displayed in Standalone Mode

Fixed a display bug where the first widget added in capability standalone mode did not render properly.

AR-7894: External Learning Modal Now Opens from Capability Widgets

Resolved an issue where clicking the external learning content in the "Capability Plan Progress" widget or during final review of the development plan did not open the appropriate learning modal.
