Release 1.7.12 - 19 May 2026
Release 1.7.12 brings Capability Campaign Admin Controls, a rebuilt AI Capability-to-Content Mapping engine, and Trust This Device for MFA - alongside meaningful improvements to performance, accessibility, and email delivery, plus a batch of targeted bug fixes across Capability, the LMS, and the platform core.
What's New 🎊
Capability Campaign Admin Controls - You can now correct and manage Capability campaigns after they've started, without raising a support request. From a new admin menu, you can add users to a live campaign, reassign supervisors on existing submissions, reopen a closed campaign with a new end date, delete outstanding submissions, or close all active campaigns at once. The menu will expand with additional controls in future releases.
AI Capability-to-Content Mapping - now faster, and no library size limit - AI capability discovery has been rebuilt around semantic search and a background job. Three things change for you: there's no longer a limit based on library size, so AI mapping works for any organisation; discoveries that previously took minutes now complete in seconds; and discoveries run in the background, so you can close the page and come straight back to your in-progress run from the Capability Mapping Overview. Hidden and deactivated content is now correctly excluded across all visibility settings.
Trust This Device for MFA - If your tenancy uses multi-factor authentication, your users can now tick 'Remember this device' on the MFA challenge page. Trusted devices skip the second-factor prompt for 7 days on subsequent logins from the same browser. Passwords are still required every login - only the second factor is bypassed. Each user can have up to 5 devices trusted at once, and trust is automatically cleared if they change their password. The result is fewer SMS prompts and a smoother sign-in experience for users.
Changes ✨
Momentum Report controls for deleted applications - Admins can now choose whether deleted applications appear in the Momentum Report, giving you cleaner, more accurate Momentum reports.
Licence page performance for large tenants - The Licence Management page is now significantly faster on tenants with thousands of cohort restrictions or hundreds of courses on a single licence.
Content Sharing Pathway optimisation - If your organisation shares content across a large number of tenancies, the Content Sharing Pathway page will load significantly faster.
Programs content browsing speed - Browsing content in Programs is now significantly faster on sites with partnered content integrations.
Priority delivery for transactional emails - Password resets, enrolment confirmations, and other time-sensitive notifications are now delivered immediately, even when large engagement email sends are in progress.
Accessibility uplift - Multiple accessibility improvements across the platform, including accurate screen reader announcements for modals and action buttons and semantic page footer elements. These updates address WCAG Level A and AA conformance points.
