What's New 🎊

Interactions - Interactions is now generally available, turning the real work your people do every day into learning your whole organisation can use. As employees assess themselves against a capability, they can capture a short, structured account of a real move they made and link it directly to the capability it demonstrates - with full control over whether it's ever shared. Once published, these examples become searchable, reusable content on your capability pages and in your catalogue, so the next person developing that skill can learn from how it was actually done. For existing tenancies, Interactions needs to be switched on first - contact your Customer Success manager to enable it and help you get set up.*

Self-serve Single Sign-On - Connect your own identity provider - Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google, or any SAML or OIDC provider - and manage it yourself from the Integrations Hub. An administrator generates a setup link, your IT team follows a guided wizard to create and test the connection, and your people sign in with their existing work identity. Any existing SSO connections continue to work unchanged.

Course Approvals - You can now mark a course as approval-required so learners can no longer self-enrol. Wherever they would normally enrol, they instead see Request approval, which takes them wherever you choose to route it - an external request such as ServiceNow, a Momentum you've set up in Acorn to run the whole approval process, or a page explaining how to get approved. Requesting approval doesn't enrol them automatically; access stays admin-controlled, so enrolment only happens once it's approved.

Improvements ✨

Text scaling and zoom - Text across Acorn now scales correctly with your browser's zoom and font-size settings, making the platform easier to use for anyone who relies on larger text.

Momentum facilitator access - Momentum facilitators can now reach the Momentum admin interface directly.

Bug Fixes 🐞

Fixed an issue in Momentum Workflow Settings where editor tool dialogs could not be clicked. (CORE-151)

Resolved several webhook problems, including empty delivery IDs, errors when a webhook ID was not numeric, missing logs for removed subscriptions, and repeated re-sending of already-handled events. (CORE-135, CORE-99, CORE-100, CORE-139)

Fixed image widgets scaling incorrectly across different screen sizes and zoom levels. (CORE-103)

Fixed the Close button on the Tenancy Features window, which previously did nothing. (FE-11)

Gave the tenancy selector an accessible name so screen readers announce it correctly. (FE-10)

Fixed a missing label on the table pagination control. (FE-9)

Fixed forms not displaying images when two images were added. (LEARN-3)

Fixed the Form Report duplicating session forms - and omitting some - when filtering by a Live Learning name. (LEARN-59)
